Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@hottubstraps.com or call 800-886-4926.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened strap kits and cut webbing are non-returnable. Custom orders are non-refundable.
